Santa Claus Really Coming to Gardiner

Latest reports from Santa Claus show that there will be many big surprises for the kiddies of Gardiner and surrounding towns during his week’s visit in our midst. When he arrives he wants to meet all the children and is going to give each child a real Christmas whistle as a souvenir. He also plans to have a moving picture show at the Opera House just for the kiddies and a special program will be arranged. Santa Claus is hoping for snow, as his reindeer find the going rather hard and are getting a little lame. He says he has an extra large load of presents this year but hopes with good luck to be here as scheduled on Thursday, the 18th. He promises to keep in touch with this paper every day, so that his little friends may know how he is getting along.
