The great Jean Ignasce Paderewski comes to El Paso this evening, but not to play here. He will remain overnight, and expects to go west via the Southern Pacific in the morning.

Paderewski left the United States several days since by way of Eagle Pass, after playing in San Antonio. He played last Saturday to a large and delighted audience in the City of Mexico, and his next concerts will be on the coast, where his two favorite pianos were shipped last week. He arrives here this evening over the Mexican Central, traveling in his private car, Riva.

El Paso is a great place for musicians — to go by.
