Woodmen Observe 25th Anniversary

Tuesday evening Nahumkeag Camp, Modern Woodmen of America, observed the 25th anniversary of the founding of the local camp. At 6:30 a sumptuous banquet was served in Moose hall, after which an entertainment was given and prominent speakers were heard. There was a large assembly which taxed the capacity of the hall, Including several out-of-town guests as delegates from other camps in the State. Music was furnished during the evening by Dick’s orchestra.

Mayor D. S. McNaughton, Rev. Mr. Dunnack of Augusta, chaplain of the society. M. A. Haraden of Bath, Hon. E. L. Bussell, E. P. Ladd and J. E. Cunningham were the speakers of the evening and spoke in highest complimentary terms of the local organization.
