Helen Keller, famous blind and deaf woman will arrive in Milwaukee Thursday to spend several days in making a personal appeal for the support of the American Foundation for the Blind.
Miss Keller will be accompanied by her life-long teacher, Mrs. Anne Sullivan Macy.
At noon Thursday a luncheon will be given in Miss Keller’s honor at the Astor hotel by the Junior league. Thursday a tea will be given for her at Milwaukee-Downer college. Friday morning she will visit the home of the Badger State Advancement Association for the Blind and at noon a luncheon which representatives of nearly all city men’s club will attend will be given for her at the Hotel Pfister. Friday night a public meeting will be held at the Pabst theater.
Miss Keller is making a tour of 64 cities of the country.
