Proposes Creation of National Park at Fort McHenry Site

A national park would be created on the military reservation at Fort McHenry, MD., under a bill introduced by Representative Linthicum, Democrat, Maryland, and reported today by the House military committee. Sale of old buildings and restoration of the grounds with the proceeds would be possible. Representative Hill, Republican, Maryland, was intrusted with drawing up a report on the question for further action.
