The business claiming the consideration of this national organization was yesterday brought to a close, when it adjourned sine die, previous to which it was determined to hold the next meeting in Springfield, Mass., the same to commence on the first Wednesday in August, 1859. The session just closed was extended to six days, during which the Association has considered 109 papers upon various scientific questions, besides the transacting of a considerable amount of general business. The attendance of the members reached the number of 188, embracing many of the scientific personages of the country.
