The Noble Dramatic company opened the first night of their week’s engagement at the Park opera house last night to a good house. Considering that there were several other entertainments in the city there was a very good sized audience.
The play presented last night was a farce comedy in four acts, entitled “Our Strategists.” There were innumerable funny situations, which were very well bandied. There was also some specialty singing and dancing.
The play as announced for tonight will be the “Gold King.” The company are all good actors and the performance tonight should be greeted with a full house.
