Washington, Jan. 25. — ”Hello girls” going to join Pershing’s forces in France will be garbed in a distinctive uniform under a plan announced today by the signal corps. A large number of women between the ages of 23 and 35 years will be required and all of them must be possessed of sufficient linguistic accomplishments to say “number, please” in French as well as English.
